Oasis Hotel was one of the most comfortable accommodation I ever had. Rooms were kept clean at all times! Staff was very welcoming, kind and helpful whenever I needed their help! Their shuttle service staff - especially Hillary, was a family member away from our family members! Never met someone so helpful! God Bless Hillary and keep him safe until we meet again!!! To all the staff: a million thanks! I will use Oasis Hotel again because of you and Hillary! A million 😃

Lovely hotel close to the centre of Harare. The building itself is a bit dated, but main spaces and rooms have been renovated. Staff are good-humoured and responsive. The gym (always a priority for me) is great - not fancy, but done by somebody who knows what a good gym needs. Breakfast buffet is ample but not very exciting, dinner menu is limited but meals are large and filling. The hotel driver, Hillary, is exellent - friendly, interested, helpful. Can recommend this place!

The food was fresh and good. The place was convenient because of its proximity to my work place. i walked to and from work avoiding the traffic madness.

Was overcharged than when I booked via booking.com. Was constantly asked about paying fir breakfast, every morning when I had specific booking for bed and breakfast 😴

Ample parking spaces were available and the staff were very friendly and courteous. I had a porter who carried my bags from the car to my room which was an added welcome.

The manager on duty went out of his way to try and locate my computer which I had left in Lusaka business lounge. He allowed me to use his phone to ring Zambia, which enabled me to be assured m computer was safe. The extra mile!
